Watching this video about spiritual housecleaning reminded me of some things I learned as a new Believer; and, at that time, let me tell you, I did do some "housecleaning!" As I listened to this video, I was impressed with the Biblical perspective and once again found myself doing some spiritual housecleaning. I was amazed at how much "junk" had made it past my vigilant inspection and into my house. As I started removing objects that did not glorify God, I began to sense the change in the atmosphere of my home. Yes, I can tell the difference. So, if you have some things going on in your life--struggles and whatnot--maybe you need to watch this video and do some spiritual housecleaning for yourself. I encourage you to look at the objects, items, or things in your house that do not glorify God and destroy them and get them out of the house! I believe you can do it Beloved. With the help of the Holy Spirit, you, too, can be set free from the lies of the enemy. It's time for a change! The enemy has had his way long enough! We're taking back the ground that the enemy has stolen! Praise God! It's about time!

After I got saved, I did not celebrate Halloween. At first, I did not know or understand why this time of the year bothered me so much, but as I began to study the origins of this "holiday" I knew that this was something I could not participate in. When I read this in the Bible: "And what accord has Christ with Belial?" (2 Corinthians 6:15a, NKJV), then I knew that there was a great divide between the Kingdom of Light and the kingdom of darkness. Halloween is all about the kingdom of darkness. Beloved, I love the Lord Jesus Christ; therefore, I will not "celebrate" Halloween. There is nothing good in it. And I would encourage you, if you have never considered these things before, to take a good hard look at this "celebration" called Halloween and decide to Take a Stand:
"But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord"
(Joshua 24:15, NKJV).
